Winston Lazarte

Winston joined FMD as a staff accountant in June 2021. With five years' experience in the financial industry, he has gained expertise in personal and business financial services, financial consulting services, and operational process improvements.
He completed his B.B.A. in Accounting in 2018 with distinction and will graduate in the Fall of 2021 semester for his M.B.A. degree (with a concentration in Accounting), both at the University of Michigan - Dearborn. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he volunteered at Accounting Aid Society as a tax preparer in processing individual and small business income tax returns.
Winston completed and passed both parts of the Certified Management Accountant examination and he is currently pursuing his CPA designation.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, especially Filipino food, since his family owned a small restaurant in the Philippines. He also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, going to concerts, and spending time with his fiancé and two dogs.
