Rebecca Porritt PHR, SHRM-CP is a Human Resources Management Professional with over 20 years of results-oriented performance for turn around and high-growth organizations. She joined FMD in September 2022 as the firm’s first HR Manager.
Her multi-faceted background includes experience in change management, policy design and implementation, employee relations, benefits and compensation, performance management, leadership development, staff coaching and mentoring, talent acquisition, and legal compliance.
Ms. Porritt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan-Flint, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Walsh College and has her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
In her free time, Rebecca has a variety of interests including traveling, hiking, kayaking, cooking, music, and theater.
