Mary Gulliver has over twenty-four years of experience working with automotive dealerships. Her extensive knowledge of the internal workings of these dealerships has brought strength to this specialized division of FMD. She brings her skill set to the Driving Force Group, a consulting group for auto dealerships.
Mary’s prior work history provides our clients with a unique advantage, as she has worked hand in hand with dealership owners and groups in the roles of General Manager, Controller, Group Controller, and Chief Financial Officer. Mary understands what dealership owners and entrepreneurs need from their CPA firm, and provides the skills and insight needed to help our clients tackle any challenge by providing direct solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations.
As a Chief Financial Officer for privately held venture capital companies, Mary has in-depth, first-hand experience in understanding what entrepreneurs need to effectively operate their businesses. Mary has a passion for providing guidance, consulting on specialized projects, and assisting entrepreneurs in finding creative solutions to grow and expand their businesses.
Coming from a venture capital background has also provided Mary with extensive experience in other areas including manufacturing, budgeting, forecasting, and mergers and acquisitions. This unique skill set is applicable for the variety of industries that encompass FMD’s clients.
Mary graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting.
Outside of the office, Mary enjoys spending time with her children and family, Pilates, and has a passion for travel.
