Liz’s expertise includes various financial statement services such as compilations, reviews, audits, and employee benefit plan audits. She also provides strategic business consulting, merger and acquisition support for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, due diligence and quality of earnings engagements, forecasting and budgeting, and strategic planning. Liz advises business owners on financial structuring and banking relationships to support growth initiatives and long-term operational success. Her strength in analytically reviewing entrepreneurs’ financial statements and providing key insights and strategies is a talent our clients admire.
She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Liz is deeply engaged in community and industry activities. She serves on the board of the Detroit Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and is a founding board member of the Michigan Women’s Excel Networking Group. She also serves on the board of the Detroit Chapter of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors and is a board member of the Matt Boczar Foundation. Liz’s professional affiliations include the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the Detroit Athletic Club.
