Chelsea has been with FMD since October 2019 and has brought almost seven years of progressive experience within the firm. She earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in 2023 and has developed a strong specialization in audit and attest services.
Her practice includes the performance and oversight of a wide range of attest and assurance engagements, including compilations, reviews, and audits of financial statements, as well as employee benefit plan audits. In addition to her attest work, she has experience providing tax compliance services for both corporate and individual clients. She is experienced in working with clients across various industries, applying a detailed and methodical approach to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in financial reporting. Chelsea is committed to maintaining high professional standards and is dedicated to delivering responsive, high-quality service that supports her clients’ operational and reporting needs.
Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oakland University in April 2021.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Chelsea serves as a member of the Audit Committee for the Children’s Center in Detroit, contributing her expertise to support strong governance and financial oversight.
