Brulinda Caushaj

Brulinda Caushaj joined the Fenner, Melstrom and Dooling team in January 2026 as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience at another tax firm, where she prepared individual and partnership tax returns.
She brings five years of public accounting experience from Germany, with a specialization in auditing financial institutions for compliance with regulations related to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention, and financial sanctions. She earned a master’s degree in international law and business from Ostfalia University in Germany in 2017 and is currently expanding her knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and standards at Walsh College. She plans to pursue her CPA designation upon graduation.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, and traveling to explore new places.
