Sara Li
Manager
Sara Li joined FMD in January of 2017 as a staff accountant. Sara provides professional tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, and corporations, along with employee benefits plans audit services to clients in various industries. In addition, she also focuses on the trust and estate tax planning and compliance areas. She earned her Certified Public Accountant designation in 2017 and is fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Prior to joining the firm, Sara began her accounting career with a local CPA firm where she gained experience in tax and assurance engagements on a diverse range of clients.
She is a Walsh College graduate with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and also has earned a Master of Science in Accountancy from Walsh College in 2020.
She is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) and Inforum Michigan.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
