Frequently Asked Questions
HOW LONG IS MY DATA STORED? You have complete access to your data and may remove it from the Portal at any time. Fenner, Melstrom & Dooling, PLC will delete files transmitted to and from the Portal after 30 days.
WHY IS THIS BETTER THAN E-MAIL? Most email systems have size restrictions and may not provide the proper security options to transfer confidential information. The Portal allows any size file to be transferred securely. Some examples of large files that can be transferred via the Portal include QuickBooks and PDF’s.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN A FILE IS AVAILABLE? Any time a new file is placed in your Portal you will receive an email notification from Fenner, Melstrom & Dooling, PLC. This email will contain a link that will take you to the login page of the Portal where you will enter your login credentials and access your uploaded documents. |
